Welcome to Chief Commissioner’s Office, CGST - Vadodara Zone

The Chief Commissioner’s Office, CGST, Vadodara Zone was created with the implementation of GST in the year 2017. The present jurisdiction of the Zone extends from Memdabad to Dangs of Gujarat state and Union Territory of Daman, Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli. Presently, the CGST Vadodara Zone is headed by the Chief Commissioner Smt. Rimjhim Prasad.

The CGST-Vadodara Zone comprises of 8 (Eight) Commissionerates i.e. 4 (Four) Executive Commissionerates, 2 (Two) Audit Commissionerates and 2 (Two) Appeals Commissionerates with their Headquarters situated in the Cities of Vadodara, Surat and Vapi. All the Commissionerates are headed by the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner.

The Commissionerates cover the Industrial Zone, Cities and other areas which houses different kind of manufacturing unit namely Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Petroleum, Textiles, Plastics, Diamonds etc and service providers in the category of Security Services, Manpower Supply, Maintenance Service, Construction Service etc.
